Phase 1 – The Building

We must buy this building and expand it. We are out of space! The 1/3 we now occupy will be for Club 36 our 2 hour daily program. The other 2/3 will be used for filming RocHouse Café and other Original Programs to bring the viewer a fresh new look at Christian Television.

Cost of Building:  $615,000.00
Renovation Cost: $2,500,000.00

Phase 2 – Satellite Fields

To upgrade our equipment and build our Satellite Field. Jesus said, “Go into all the world and preach the gospel.” With a Satellite Field we will be able to reach the world.

Phase 3 – Building Expansions

To purchase the building next door along with the Coffee Shop across the parking lot. These buildings will be used for our Corporate Head Quarters and our School of Broadcasting Class Rooms.

Cost $1,500,000.00

Phase 4 – School of Broadcasting

Purchase building to house our School of Broadcasting Student’s Dormitory, Library, and Dining Hall.
